Caiaphas was high priest in AD 18–36/37 (see 1.53), Pontius Pilate was prefect of Judea in AD 19–37 (see 1.64), and Herod Antipas was tetrarch of Galilee and Perea in 4 BC to AD 39 (see 1.62).
